As a consulting firm, our business is helping our clients to find and implement creative solutions to their business problems, while providing reliable support and a relationship built on trust.

Co-founded in 1985 by Richard Creeth, our firm currently serves over a hundred clients in North America and overseas and specializes in systems that require a combination of business and computer skills.

In 2000 we became part of a joint venture called The Brittenford Group, with other leading business intelligence consulting firms that, like us, value business understanding, technical excellence and customer service. As part of The Brittenford Group we are able to provide local service to more clients over a wider geographic area, as well as draw on a larger pool of technical and business expertise.

A particular area of expertise is the development and implementation of business intelligence systems. Our consultants typically have a degree in computer science, and/or advanced business qualifications. They are encouraged to think outside the box when assessing a problem, and use and customize proven, off-the-shelf technologies, where appropriate.

We are extremely sensitive to the long term viability of our suggested solutions, both in terms of availability of support as well as anticipating future needs – of which our clients may or may not yet be aware. In our experience, such planning has always led to our clients feeling empowered by technology. We prefer a business model based on empowerment, to one in which our clients are dependent on us. Our client base includes a wide variety of clients in a diverse array of business sectors, including many local businesses as well as Fortune 500 companies.

In addition to being value-added resellers for several of the leading OLAP software tools, we are a Microsoft Solutions Partner, an authorized Hewlett Packard and IBM dealer, and provide full installation and support services for Microsoft NT and Novell local area networks.
